FAQs

What bookkeeping services do you offer?

1

I provide day-to-day bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, VAT returns, sales and purchase ledger management, credit control support and monthly financial reports for sole traders and small businesses. I can also offer payroll if required.

Which accounting software do you use?

2

I work with Xero, Quickbooks, Sage and Excel. If you’re unsure which software is best for your business, I’m happy to advice.

Why a bookkeeper and not an accountant?

3

For many sole traders and small businesses, a bookkeeper provides the ongoing support they need. The benefits include lower costs and up-to-date financial records all year round. If your business grows or you need specialist tax advice, I can work alongside your accountant or help you decide when that extra support is needed.

Can you work remotely?

4

Absolutely. Most of my clients send documents electronically, allowing me to work with businesses across Wales and throughout the UK.

How much do your services cost?

5

Every business is different, so pricing depends on the level of support you need. I offer a free consultation to discuss your requirements and provide a no-obligation quote.

Can you help if my bookkeeping has fallen behind?

6

Yes, Whether you’re a few weeks or several months behind, I can help get your records organised and back up to date.

What do I need to provide?

7

Usually bank statements, invoices, receipts and any relevant financial information. If you use cloud accounting software, I can often access everything securely online.

Are my financial records kept confidential?
